MAIT comes under GGSIPU, and if you're asking for B.Tech then giving JEE-Mains is the only option to get admission into this college or through management quota.

It is very difficult for you to get CSE or IT, but wait till the last round and keep a look on the cutoffs of other colleges also. You might get what you want. Stay Positive.
