MAIT is better than Dias as it has a much bigger campus.
Moreover in MAIT other than academics you also get exposure to Extra Curricular Activities. Placements I would say are at par for both colleges. Finance & hr average package Rs.3-4 lakhs pa & for marketing it is Rs.4-5 lakhs pa.

No there is no such difference in terms of package for both shifts. Only timings differ
