Padmashree Dr. D.Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai, is accredited with an A grade by NAAC. The university's objective is to impart and disseminate knowledge and to provide facilities for research and development in the emerging areas of health sciences.
Its college of pharmacy has a total 100-person intake capacity for the B.Pharm. course.
Out of that 80% seats filled through centralized admission procedure (CAP) and 20% seats filled through Institute level.
The eligibility criteria for the B.Pharm. Course are:
The candidate should have passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with either Mathematics or Biology and obtained at least 45% marks.
They should have appeared and obtained a qualifying score in MHT-CET or NEET.
However, preference shall be given to the candidates who obtain a non-zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtain a non-zero positive score in MHTCET.
The cut-off percentile for Maharashtra candidates in the MH CET should be above 77.70 for admission, according to previous year's trends. Similarly, for a NEET-based cutoff, candidates need to comparatively score better.
The cut-off for the latest session, 2022-2023, is yet to be announced on the official website.

Hi dear, The St, Xavier's College Autonomous has its own admission process which is entirely different as prescribed by the Mumbai university.
As soon as the results are declared the college starts distribution of the forms. At present you need to fill the online form first on the college's website , pay the fee in the form of demand draft and then you need to wait for the first merit list for various courses.
The merit list will have your name if it finds you in the prescribed cutoffs. After that, within 2-3 days you need to report the college with the original certificates and your application form number which you filled online.
Also, you need to possess the form given by MU which is mandatory for every candidate seeking admissions for undergraduate courses in Mumbai.
Stand in a queue, pay the fees , handover the originals and you're done.
If you didn't find your name in the list, wait for the 2nd merit list and so on.
The merit lists will be announced as per the availability of seats for each course and the candidates who failed to report.
The college has the autonomy to decide when the lists should be out or not. The MU doesn't interfere in the college matters.
The college even holds entrance exams and interviews for selective courses like BMS and BMM. That's the benefit of Autonomy the college holds.
But as per MU, no college has the authority to conduct any kind of entrance exams for any undergraduate courses leaving aside the professional ones like Engineering , Medicine,etc.
Since St. Xavier's College is Autonomous it can do whatever it feels like. I think that's the privilege it gets.
This is the general criteria for courses like BSc and BA.
