Pune has a total of 63 medical colleges for medical students. Out of these, 9 are Public/Government medical colleges while 54 are private medical colleges. Top medical colleges in Pune include Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Armed Forces Medical College, MIT World Peace University, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, etc. Total fee to be paid is Rs. 21,28,665/-. Note: Additional 10% of the tuition fee I. e. Rs. 2,03,190/- will be paid as development fee.

The placement cell is not impressive, but companies do come. But in reality, students don't have jobs before the final year. The companies which are used to come to the campus are not big organizations more off they provide internships rather than jobs. There is no placement as it's a legal field, and therefore you do not have placements as such. However the college provides good internships with a stipend of Rs 5000 per month. We can also work as assistants and prepare for PG side by side. The internship experience is great and we get hands on experience on every aspect and are provided with deep knowledge about the field. Hello AA, when one fills up application form for JEE Mains examination, we have to mention our state. One can fill up only one state. In addition, when one goes for counseling against state quota seats, one has to produce domicile Certificate. In view of the same, you have to decide in advance as to against which state you want to fill up application form. Best wishes to you.
