NEET is mandatory for candidates who wish to study medicine in India. It is also mandatory for candidates who wish to study medicine abroad but wish to come back to India for practice. The other eligibility criteria of NEET 2020 are detailed below.
1) Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognised board. Candidates who are appearing for the class 12 or equivalent exam are also eligible to apply for NEET 2020.

there is no age limit to pursue 5yr law course in any university as the bar council has removed age restrictions. Though if you are already a graduate you cannot study 5yr law but a 3yr law is available to you, go for SPPU and Pune University.
