Yes you can get any government college in Maharashtra for BPT course as you score 236 but fees is quite high in Government College according to your NEET score.

Yes by scoring 92percentile you can get a pharmacy college based on previous year analysis according to the category so there are some colleges in which you can take the admission. There are 4 to 5 institute that are. Vidyalankar institute of technology
Sardar Patel institute of technology
Institute of chemical technology Mumbai
Vishwakarma institute of technology.

CLAT is only for the integrated course of B.A. LL.B. For the normal LL.B. You have to give the specific University entrance test like DU and BHU. For Maharashtra colleges you can apply for MH-CET.

Talking about COEP, MIT, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Symbiosis, PICT and IIIT, you won't get any barnch in any of these colleges. Now the colleges in which you can get admission in CSE are:
DY Patil, PCCOE, Sinhgad Institute, MIT Academy of engineering. , MESCOE, GH Raisoni and many more. You may get admission in Bhartiya Vidyapeeth and Symbiosis by going through an agent (but I highly recommend not to). The colleges in bold are good college and you can easily get CS in them. What is the safe score in the MHT CET 2021 for CS in COEP for the OBC category? All the figures mentioned are on basis of my experience of the year 2020. College of Engineering Pune: Computer Science Engineering
OBC (Male) : 99.83% (rank=230) (marks=175 to 180+)
OBC (Female) : 99.66% (rank=453) (marks=170 to 180+)
Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute: Computer Science Engineering
OBC (Male) : 99.77% (rank=303) (marks=175 to 180+)
OBC (Female) : 99.49% (rank=693) (marks=170 to 180+)
As we know due to the pandemic there were less students for the MHT CET Exam, but according to me the cutoff trend will not change by a big number this year,
