Mahavir Polytechnic was established in year 1999. It has started with the aim to provide high quality engineering education for the student to become productive citizens who continuously contribute to a global and rapid technological revolution. The institute is located at Mhasrul- Varvandi Road, Nashik which is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), government. Of India and Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) Maharashtra State, Affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) Mumbai. The Polytechnic offers Diploma courses in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, ETE and Computer engineering. The eligibility criteria is as under. Eligibility : Admissions are awarded considering the marks obtained in English, Mathematics and Science at S. C. level or High School exam conducted by the Board of Secondary Education MS & its equivalent. Admission are done through Centralised Admission Process (CAP) as well as direct Admissions (Management Quota) are also carried out.
