If you apply for improvement examination, then you will be giving the exams again next year along with the regular students, so you will get the admission in next year as well.

If you wish to do PGDM program this year then search for the colleges which still has their admission process open. Also, if you want to do PGDM next year then I would suggest you to try for:
FORE School of Management, LBSIM, SIBM, SCMHRD, Nirma University, IIM Ghaziabad, IMT, BIMM, etc.
