I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process. Yes, you can participate for both the places at the same time. Because they both have different counseling methods so this will not be any issue.

But getting a seat will be difficult with this score. So, I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling process.
