Hello Aditya, It depends on the college only. If the college accepts JEE scores only, then they won't give Weightage to your MH-CET scores and vice versa. Some colleges might also accept both the scores and a few would have some percentage of seats reserved for each of the exams.

As for mechanical engineering, the colleges in Pune ask for around 180-190 rank, minimum.

With 96 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 2019 exam and 47% score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in Sir J. J College of Architecture. In NATA 2019 regulations, you have to secure at least 50% Marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and an aggregate of at least 50% marks in board examinations.
