Tuljapur is in rural Maharashtra and it offers courses in social work, rural development and only college that has Ph.D in rural development exclusively. It has its own niche and passed outs from these colleges either join social development sector or academicians. In Mumbai, coming to Cyberabad, hardcore IT hub with malls, Jubliee, Banjara hills etc. The campus is small for Masters courses, you need to rent a room outside. The course curriculum is more demanding and it is in accordance with the needs of industry. TISS, Hyderabad has a better curriculum in terms of literature than fieldwork.

But if you want a specific branch/department only, then it depends on the overall marks of the students applying for admission. You can also get admission via donation. For engineering, if you can afford 12+ lakhs, you don't even need to worry about anything.

Hi,
A separate form is to be filled for admission through JEE Mains then the college puts up a merit list according to the scores in Mains and then a counselling round is done for filling up the 30% seats in each branch.
