No, the eligibility requirement is that the candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc with Maths at 10+2 level from a recognized board with minimum 45% marks in aggregate (40% for SC/ ST belonging to Maharashtra state).

There are fair chances of Non - Maharashtra students of getting the above mentioned colleges under All India Category seats as per DTE Maharashtra for MS and PGDM programs. In colleges such as SIMSREE & PUMBA seats reserved for Maharashtra students are more as compared to All India Category seats. For more information kindly refer DTE Maharashtra website.
