As far as "how" the MBA Tech course is. It will GET you a better package than B.Tech (mostly) but if you want to GET into management, then NMIMS' MBA (post graduation) from School of Business Management is a much better option as it has more value and will land you better packages. And for the learning part (if you are interested in it), it all depends on how much willing you are to learn.

If you want to do B.Com external, there is some procedure after class 12th for taking admission for B.Com external, which you will get information from University website or university office.
