The St Xavier's College Mumbai admission process depends on its affiliating University or the University of Mumbai. Interested students must apply through the university page and choose St Xavier's College Mumbai as their preference. Though students can apply directly for Certificate or Diploma courses.

Yes, one can get direct admissions at St Xavier's College Mumbai through either their Management quota which usually covers 15% of available seats or through the special reservation for Christian Minority students which covers 50% of the remaining 85% seats. For the Christian Minority reservations must submit documentation such as a Baptism certificate.

No, there is no BBA courses available in St Xavier's College Mumbai. However, students can also choose to study the BMS programme which is a similar UG level course that covers the topic of Management Studies can serve as a good foundation for either MBA or the student's careers.

St Xavier's College Mumbai offers a wide range of courses across the UG, PG, Diploma, Certificate and PhD levels with the college having 8 UG level, 11 PG level, 11 Diploma level, and 4 certificate level as well as PhD programmes not accounting for the different specialisations or major/minor combinations. The college also features Junior College programmes in the Arts, Science and Commerce streams.
