BA is very generic word. Different subjects under this have different priorities. Normally speaking, if you are not from Pune University them its next to impossible to migrate only for third year B.A. Its better to continue in old place. Marks in TY BA will matter most rather than whether you had backlog or not.

Both are good B-School. IMT, Ghaziabad is better in terms of location, infrastructure, alumni network and others. IIM, Nagpur has just IIM tag nothing others.

Apply through ILS level seat. You will be guided by the Admission department there.

Not sure about abroad. But in Pune and nearby cities, you will get placed with a salary of 3.5 lacs average in MNCs, Banks, IT Company, etc.

Get 50 percent in graduation and then directly apply in college for Admission.
