Indian Aviation Academy has an upper hand in the comparison between the two colleges. Placement scenario is better in the former one. Indian Institute for Aeronautical Engineering and Information Technology (IIAEIT) established in 2001 is one of the better-ranked colleges for aviation in India. The infrastructure of college is good. Institute library is well-stocked with more than 20,000 books including Text Books, Reference Books, Notes, Solved/Unsolved Question Papers, Technical News / Bulletins Magazines, Journals etc. Books on self-improvement like Personality Development Books, General Knowledge, Competitive Examination Books, etc. are also available in the library. It is among the few colleges with two-seater Aircraft, Pushpak, and ISKARA for the practical demonstration of aircraft system and components. Fokker Friendship civil aircraft is added to assist practical experiments by the students. BELL Helicopter is another facility for the aeronautical engineering students.

IIAET is better college than Hindustan. Placement scenario is decent for both the institutes. Both are having good infrastructure and faculty team.

STEP is Systematic Training and Education Program by Oberoi Hotels and Resorts.
In STEP program the candidate learns while working in any one of the Oberoi's properties.
Oberoi provides a degree of Bachelors of Hotel management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
So, STEP is basically a distance course when learning happens inside the hotel and there is no formal classroom based study.
On the other hand, IHM-Aurangabad provides a full time Bachelor's in Hotel management. The student learns in the classroom, the practicals happen in a systematic way and the students are sent for Industrial Training for 4-5 months in various hotels where they gain practical experience.
In my opinion IHM, Aurangabad is better than STEP as the learning is systematic, a fixed curriculum is followed. There are managerial subjects that are taught by experienced professors.
