The fee structure depends from college to college. Colleges providing the best infrastructure and good amount of facilities will demand more fees as compared to that of the other colleges providing low infrastructure facilities.

No, actually Vishwakarma University has formed. But it has got nothing to do with VIT. VIT is still affiliated with Pune University.

While selecting a college, I think, you should focus on placements. Yes, VIT campus is small and area is also not that good, but VIT-Pune computer engineering has got very high placements with a good package. Decision is all yours.
