Based on your JEE Mains score, you should go for counselling first. In the counselling, look for the colleges that you get. If you don't get it through counselling, you may contact the college directly for direct admission through management quota.

I think you need to complete 10+2 for doing a course in 3D animation.
You may refer below for the colleges in Nashik and Pune for the same:

2) https://www.shiksha.com/animation/2d-3d-animation/colleges/colleges-pune
