Hi Divya,
Yes, you are eligible to get a seat at any of the 13 Sinhgad colleges of your choice. But you might have to wait for the 2nd list for colleges like SIOM and Sinhgad Erandwane. The colleges that I would like to recommend are NBN Sinhgad SIOM and Sinhgad Erandwane. If you belong to open category you can try getting your seat directly reserved by visiting the college.

Some of the good coaching centers also provide video as well as offline coaching, which might be more expensive.
