Go for Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, PCCOE and other private colleges. You may not get the best on 68 score. But still these are some good colleges.

Go for Shivaji University in Kolhapur. You will get it easily with this score. Sinhgad Institutes in Solapur are also good. You can try for those colleges.

I've heard Ferguson is good but from this year on they've been really strict about attendance. So, if you are planning to go for classes I wouldn't advise Fc. Sir Parshuram Bhau College (SP College) is also a good college.
