He can get following institutes at this score and percentile:
Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management, Mumbai MMS:
Placement, around 90 percent, average package 4 lakhs so ROI will take 2 years.
MIT School of Management, Pune MBA:
93 percent placement around 4.9 lakhs average package, campus is good and needs 97 percent and above for Welingkar 95 and above for SIES.
Indian Education Society's Management College & Research Centre, Mumbai MMS average CTC 5 lakhs.
JBIMS cut off above 99 percentile, package average 17 lakhs, NMIMS above 99 percentile in NMAT package average 16 lakhs, Sydenham and above 99 percentile.KJ Somaiya's is above 99 pe

It's but obvious Asian Business School, Noida because you will get a different working environment here and quality education with a bulk of practical exposure which you will get nowhere else.

ISMR Pune is not a good option for pursuing MBA, as it doesn't come even under the top 50 colleges in India. Plus the average package offered here is hardly Rs 4 lakhs. Better avoid it and aim for some better options.

After completion of your BHMS you will be posted as AYUSH medical officers in government hospitals. You will be getting salary around 6-8 lacs per year

Go with the JEE Mains counselling and you should search for some good private institutions near your region. It would be well and good if you consider Narsee also as an option.

Generally no facilities are given to any unreserved candidate in semi government college. They have to pay the regular college and prescribed fees as decided by the college
