As per outside Maharashtra student from general category will have nearby 8 to 10 seats reserved against 20 for general category Maharashtra students.

There are decent chances for your scores as the cutoff range into 600 to 620. There are 30 seats for open category, out of which for OHU students shall get around 8-10.
