Colleges like Satish Pradhan Dnyanasadhana College and Bharat College of Arts and Commerce have typically accepted students with comparable percentages, though cutoffs vary every year depending on application numbers and student performance. Remember that entrance criteria may vary every year.

SIT Pune M.Tech admission takes place through the GATE exam, but if candidates want to enrol for the M.Tech programme through the MHT CET entrance exam they can apply for admission in integrated BTech + M.Tech programme at the university. Admissions for the integrated programme takes place through the MHT CET entrance test and the programme runs for five years giving an integrated BTech and M.Tech degree.

No, SIT Pune admission takes place through the GATE entrance exam and thus is necessary to take admission into the programme. The institute does not conduct or recognise results of any other exam for its M.Tech admissions. Candidates applying for admission through the GATE exam will have to apply separately for admission for the institute.
