There are about 10+ distance BTech colleges in Mumbai (All). Of these,  13 colleges are privately owned. Students can secure their admission after passing their Class 12. Some of the popular distance BTech colleges in Mumbai (All) include IIMT Studies Navi Mumbai, International Institute of Management and Engineering, IIMT Studies Versova, Academy of Higher Education, Wisdom School of Management, Mumbai, JRD Global Education,  and many others.

If you are going with donation, then I don't think NEET score matters.

You should have 50%+ in 12th PCB and appear for NEET exam.

One more thing is that admission policies change over time so you should have checked on it too.

In 2023 the cutoff score for SC was 136-107 and in 2022 it was 116-93.

As per the information 350 is a good score for SC category to get admission in MBBS/BDS colleges.

SCAC Pune BCom course fees include multiple components, such as a security deposit, registration fee, exam fee and others. The fees for BCom start from INR 27,000 and it can go up to INR 1.50 lakh, according to the specialisation selected by students. The mentioned fee amount is calculated as per annual basis. It is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is, however, subject to change and hence, is indicative.

Yes, BCom at Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce could be considered as decent option because of these following reasons:
SCAC has achieved rank 26 for its 'Commerce' category in the Outlook 2023, the same as 2022 rank. The ranking of the category is stable over the years 2022, and 2023. The placements at SCAC recorded significant number of placements for a total of 154 BCom students in a single academic year (2022 - 2023).

Admission in BCom is not completely merit-based. Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce Pune, shortlists the applicants based on their scores in the last qualifying exam, i.e., Class 12 or equivalent exam. Further, the shortlisted candidates have to clear an interview round after the release of merit list. Final selection or seat allotment for BCom at Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce is done after the interviews. Selected students can finally submit the required fee amount to confirm their seat.
