To get admission at the Sai Balaji Pune MBA, students are required to fill out the application form. Before applying, students need to match the minimum eligibility requirements of the course. Students need to go to sbiims.edu.in/sbiims-Admissions.html. Register using email and phone and verify both, fill in the details, pay the fee and submit the form. For the offline method, either print the form, fill the details, attach the required documents, sent the form to the university along with the fees of 1400/-, or visit the admission counter and apply from there.

Students seeking admission can apply in both online and offline mode. Candidates have to pay an application fee for submitting the application form. The last date is not declared by the institute. Students are suggested to fill out the application form without waiting for the last date.

The Sai Balaji Pune MBA accepts entrance exams like CAT/MAT/CMAT/ATMA/MHCET. These exams are generally considered moderate-level exams. Students have to gain valid scores in any of these exams to get admission to SBIIMS MBA programme. Candidates need to meet the minimum eligibility criteria of the course, which is having a graduate degree in any stream with 50% marks (45% for reserved category). The final selection is done on the basis of valid scores in entrance exam, PI/GD scores, past academic reports, and sports/culture/NCC/NSS merit.

The Sai Balaji Pune MBA fees is refundable, but in some situations, the fees become nonrecoverable. The refund policy of the institute says:
- If any student cancels his or her seat before the start of the session, then the fees is being refunded after a deduction of INR 1000.
- If cancellation done after the commencement of the course and the seat could be filled by the Institute, then the entire fees will be refunded after a deduction of the processing fee of INR 1000/- and proportionate deductions of the monthly tuition fee and hostel rent.
