With CGPA of 9.29 you are eligible to get into any top colleges of your choice. I would recommend you to go into University of Cambridge which comes under top Russell group University.

After doing BBA in India can we go abroad fro PG? And is BBA (International Business) good base for studying MIM abroad?

Yes, you can go abroad after BBA in India for PG but most colleges require you to have some work experience after graduation. If you don't want to have the gap so your best bet is to do 1 + 1 from a reputed college. Yes, BBA (International Business) in MIM abroad is good.
