The total fee for a MSc course at Bangalore University ranges from 10,000 to INR 5.6 lakh. On the other hand, Mangalore University MSc fees range from INR 6,300 to INR 2.2 lakh. Hence, Mangalore University is more affordable for MSc courses compared to Bangalore University.
