I think you need to score minimum 60 percent marks in class 12th to opt for the medical field. As per your NEET score, you can apply for private colleges, because I have heard that the cut-off for MBBS is 145 for open and 118 for SC category candidates.

This institute is definitely not very popular but its website shows that it had 100% placement for marketing students, 57% in 2013 -14, 87% placement for finance specialisation and overall 85% last year. They mentioned HDFC, Tech Mahindra, Sony ICICI etc visited the campus. that looks pretty nice. you should verify their claim before making final decision.
