You will not be able to get IMU-Kolkata with this rank, nor IMU-Mumbai. Even IMU Visakhapatnam won't take you with this rank. IMU Kolkata sees a cut off rank 500-600 in general category. I have no idea, if there is a girls' quota kind of thing here. However, you will get 50% waiver in fee, being a girl cadet. IMU has stopped 50% fee waiver to girls for batches 2017 onward.

Yes, you can join Andhra University. The Andhra University fee structure is the least fee structure in the entire Andhra Pradesh.
