Dear Vipin,
B.Tech would be of 4 years and you will get the chance to do 3 core industrial internship throughout your course. Whereas, B.Sc is of 3 years. You may not get the in-depth knowledge as like in B.Tech. Hence you may get higher chances of getting hired after B.Tech rather B.Sc.

As of now, if one wants to become a Marine Engineer, the best way to do it is by pursuing. B.E./B.Tech. Marine Engineering course right after 12th science stream schooling (with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects).
