Marine Engineering is no doubt a brilliant career with valuable payed Jobs on cruise Ships and ships.Marine Engineering for students is one of the best engineering Options as this career got allot of options all round with Massive money packages and adventure on sea for more then 6 odd months on our own.Marine engineering is basically approved by Government of India's “The directorate Of Shipping”. Every Cadet of Marine engineer will be enabled or eligible to become Marine Engineers to be on Merchant Navy Ships for all over the World.Marine Engineering is a 4 year regular course in various colleges in India specially situated in coastal areas. As any other engineering courses the eligibility criteria for marine engineering is also above 50 % marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics and English. There are entrance exams for marine engineering. Usually these exams are conducted in April. Any candidates opting for post graduation in marine engineering must clear B E in Marine Engineering. After Masters in Marine Engineering someone can also opt for Ph. D in marine engineering.

Exam patterns of Marine Engineering Exams
The exam pattern for Marine engineering is same as any other engineering courses. The applicant should pass plus two. Above 50 % marks are required in the core subjects. The core subjects are physics, mathematics and chemistry. The aptitude and logical reasoning will be tested. The question paper format is in OMR.
How to procure the admission for these entrance exams?
Applying for these entrance exams is very easy. Eligible candidates can avail the application forms either from the official websites as well as from selected centres. The applicant can either purchase the application form or download it. The form should be neatly filled and send to the concerned institutions along with the details of the DD.
