Candidates wishing to enter the navigational and engineering fields of Merchant Navy need to complete their B.Sc degree in mechanical or marine engineering, before they can gain admission to the field. The government sector provides various job opportunities to the marine engineering graduates such as the National Institute of Ocean technology and many other organizations coming under the control of Indian government.
Candidates can get into a career in allied fields or can go for various Central and State government job by applying for UPSC, SSC or even bank exams. B.tech /BE in in Marine Engineering /Nautical science are the Basic qualification to become a Marine Engineer.
Eligibility:
Educational qualification:-
1.The candidate must be completed the +2 or any equivalent with at least 60% marks in physics,chemistry,math (PCM) and 50% marks in English either class 10th/12th.
2.Both Male and Female candidates are apply for this course.
3.Only Unmarried candidates are considered .
4.The maximum age limit is less than 25 years as on the 1st August.
