Hi Rupali, The Department of Journalism is arguably the best department in DCAC. In one word, the faculty is brilliant. The atmosphere is conducive for debates and discussions. The HOD ensures that the classes get over early (11.30) so that students can pursue their other interests. So from the first year itself, you can intern with media organisations. Hi,
Yes, you can go for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) after BCA. Eligibility criteria for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is a pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)
The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post graduation. Its better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like:
