Then they send the mail to other candidates after they get the response from the first 200 candidates. suppose if from the first 200 rank holders only 100 people applied, then college will target the next batch of rank holders and so on.

You can try for the admission in colleges affiliated to Mumbai University for BM. As you are from ISC Board, you will get admission with this percentage too. So, you can try, may be you will get admission.
