Permanent Residency (called Indefinite Leave to Remain or ILR) in the UK generally requires 5 years of continuous lawful residence. Here is a typical pathway-
Year 1–2- Study (Student Visa).
Year 3–4- Work on Graduate Route Visa (2 years).
Year 5- Switch to Skilled Worker Visa and complete 5 years total to apply for ILR.
Then citizenship- After 1 year of ILR, you can apply for British citizenship.
This 5-year pathway is achievable but requires securing a qualifying job offer within 2 years of graduation on the Graduate Route.

Yes Germany offer good ways to permanent residency for international graduates-
•After graduation- You get 18 month Job Seeker Visa to find employment in Germany
• After finding a job: Apply for a Blue Card (EU Blue Card) if your salary meets the threshold (approx. €43,800/year for most fields; €39,682 for shortage occupations)
• PR through Blue Card: After 21 months of Blue Card employment (or 33 months normally), you can apply for a Settlement Permit (Niederlassungserlaubnis)
• Language requirement for PR: B1 level German language proficiency

I'm not sure about Chandigarh University, but at Lovely Professional University, you can pursue B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication after completing your 12th. The eligibility is generally around 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 with English or an equivalent qualification. The programme is designed in a practical, hands-on way where students get exposure to media production, reporting, digital content creation, and communication skills, helping them build confidence and prepare for careers in journalism, media, PR, and the digital industry.

Yes it is possible to get a PR in Australia after 3 years. You must prove that you have lived and worked in the regional area for 3 years on a "Skilled Work Regional Visa (Provisional) - Subclass - 491". Working and living on this visa for 3 years leads you to getting a "Skilled Regional Visa - Subclass 191" which is the Permanent Residence Permit in Australia. However, direct pathways like the Skilled Independent Visa (189) or Skilled Nominated Visa (190) can sometimes grant PR faster - depending on occupation demand and points

Yes its not important for applicants to hold film related degree to apply to AFI. However its still recommended to demonstrate experience relating to discipline of applicant's choice.
You can also apply even if you don't hold bachelor's degree but you will get Certificate of Completion after graduating instead of MFA degree in that case

The total tuition fee of BA Journalism and Media Production at Ajeenkya DY Patil University School of Film and Media is INR 4.7 lakh. Candidates have to pay this as the last step of admission process. This is taken from the website of Media Production at Ajeenkya DY Patil University School of Film and Media. It can differ.
