As in Media line itself the min fee will be one Lacs, For our Media Technology 45 Thousand per semester and 10 thousand for University Fees, Totally 1 Lacs per year, Apart from this 30 Thousand for Admission and 10 Thousand for causing deposit, Really as compared to other college the fee is feasible. History has good amount of share in civil service exam. I suggest you to analyse the subject wise share of UPSE CSE. You can choose History as optional for your Mains. It is a good option for civil services if the subject is interesting for you. Also History is helpful in prelims. Best wishes.
