Parul University has respectable placement records for MA Journalism & Mass Communication with an average package of around INR 8 LPA and a high of up to INR 46 LPA. Employers include Times of India and Amazon. Around 80% PG students got placed, although online reviews mentioning faculty quality and consistency in review were mixed.

Delhi University has a number of Mass Communication and Journalism based courses as well such as the B.A. (Hons.) in Journalism and the Five-Year Integrated Programme in Journalism (B.J. + M.J.) at Delhi School of Journalism. Yes - Entry for BA (Mass Communication and Journalism) in St. Exwear College, Mumbai (also known as BA (MCJ) was opened in April 2025 through Xavier's Admission Test (Extra 2025). There are a number of institutes that provide courses in photography in Ahmedabad and include workshops, Diploma and also degree course. Not all of them are conventional colleges, but Shiksha.com professes 9 best photography colleges/institutes in the list. There are a number of institutes which offer photography courses in Ahmedabad over a short period to long term Diploma and degree course. It might not be having much conventional type of college that exclusively teaches photography in the university sense but there are not less than 9 best places to study photography i.e. institutes/colleges as reported by Shiksha.com.
