Why not, in fact, pursue further education abroad will get you higher earning options with a better lifestyle. You can explore the course options that suit your career goals the best, check the eligibility criteria for your desired colleges and countries, and see if they align with your budget.
Studying abroad is a great option, however, there are many other aspects worth considering other than just the course.

Sure, there are countless PG course options after BMM for you. First, determine your interests and future goals. If you're into the business side of the media and communication industry, then go for an MBA in Marketing, Media Management, etc. If you want to study in a specific domain of Mass Media, such as Advertising, Digital Marketing, Broadcasting, etc., then the PG degree in these specializations will be apt for you.
You can also just pursue a general master's programme like Master of Journalism, Master of Journalism and Mass Communication, or MA in Mass Communication. Hope this helps :)

Some common alternate courses to the Bachelor of Mass Media are Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC), Bachelor of Mass Communication (BMC), Bachelor of Journalism (B.J.), BA Mass Communication (BAMC), and BA Hons in Journalism. The curriculum and future prospects of all these courses are similar; however, the foundational knowledge may vary.
