1. I. P. College for Women (top priority)
2. Lady Shri Ram College for Women
3. Maharaja Agrasen College
4. Kamla Nehru College
5. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
If you want to try a college other than DU, then go for Jamia Milia University, JNU and
GGSIPU.

Dear Niranjan,
There are not specific college or course for Photography journalism in India, you can pursue Mass communication and in that you can learn photography. And, for placements there are very less chances to get placed abroad through Indian organizations, it takes lot of time and demands much hard work.
