Hello,
You can pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism to get work opportunity at the entertainment channel. But before that, you have to work hard in the mass communication field and even study hard to get placements at campus recruitment. Choose your specialization in electronic media. This field gives you lots of opportunity in various fields like advertising, print media, radio, entertainment, public relation, journalism and many more. Get specialization information: https://www.nimcj.org/specialization.html.

Hello,
If you are ready to leave your B.Com, then why not just go for degree course, as it will give you more knowledge and practical skills than Diploma course. But, if you want to pursue your current B.Com and want to do event management on part-time than go for Diploma, but from a good institute. All the best.
