Media is in itself is a very vast field with lot of branches and extensions. You can get into various aspects of media, starting from Journalism, photography, film-making, advertisement, public relation and so on to name a few. It is up to you to find your interest and then look for a job in that particular field. Coming to the second part of your question, the eligibility criteria for PG in this course, varies from college to college.
