Government universities are done with their entrance tests for this year and classes are also starting. However, private universities like Amity, LPU and CU-Chandigarh are still in the process of taking admissions. You may give them a try.

The university website mentions the following information about PG in Mass Communication:
A candidate who has passed any undergraduate degree examination with 50% aggregate marks from any recognised university in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply. Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the semesters/years of undergraduate examinations conducted so far. Students writing their final degree examinations in March-May 2018 are also eligible to apply.

Check out with some of the colleges under IP University who might be having spot admission facility. I mean they might be offering admission without counselling or entrance. This you need to check. A more valid option shall be Amity School of Communication which is more likely to grow into a good place for mass media and media related education.

Yes, you can. Which college or university are you targeting? You need to keep an eye on the announcement regarding admissions for the same. A PG Diploma is done only after completing graduation.

As you have completed your graduation so you are eligible to take admission in any of the Master's degree courses related to journalism and mass communication, but I think that most of the institutions have completed the admission process, still if you want to get admission, you can contact some universities and colleges who are still offering admissions. Private universities do have extended dates. Do this degree from a good place so that the actual career-oriented skills are imparted.
