Hi.B.Tech Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE)/ JEE-Mains. Management quota candidates can apply directly to the college.

M.Tech admission is through state level counselling based on the score obtained in GATE. Management quota candidates can apply directly to the college.

For UG course  admission is through CUET and for PG course like MBA/ MCA  CUET PG.

The criteria should be followed if one wants to obtain admission to GBR Degree College for undergraduate or Post Graduate courses. For Foreign/UPS candidates UG, courses should have passed 10+2 exams with a minimum of 50% marks for general candidates and 45% for SC/BC category (It varies as per courses). For postgraduate courses, candidates must have passed the relevant Bachelor's degree with not less than 50% marks. Admissions are competitive, and most programs have standard requisites for which some students have to write entrance examinations. Particular cut-off information may be different from one year to another.
