Techno India University Tripura conducts admissions online and offline, based on merit and entrance. The admission process requires the eligibility criteria of securing minimum aggregate of 50% - 55% in Class 12 and Graduation. The University considers entrance exams such as CAT/ MAT/ JEMAT/ GMAT etc. Based on the scores of the entrance exam, candidates will be shortlisted for further process of document verification. Candidates must know that they need to follow the guidelines and instructions on the day of the OUAT Exam as mentioned below:
The exam will be conducted in a single sitting. The candidate must appear for the entrance examination as per the scheduled time and date mentioned in his/her admit card.
The candidates are to report 2 hours before the examination. Detailed instructions will be provided on the admit card.
No Mobile phone headphones/any other electronic gadgets are allowed during the examination. Candidates, who are found to use unfair means shall be debarred from the examination.

The entrance examination will be held in CBT mode for the Master’s programme and the entrance examination for a doctoral programme (Ph. D) will be held in offline mode in the third week of July 2025, tentatively. The exam is conducted for Veterinary Science candidates in Bhubaneswar only. The OUAT Admit Card can be downloaded from the OUAT website) and the candidate must bring the Admit card with original identity proof to the Examination Centre for verification. A Master’s Degree Programme is a full-time study of two years which includes both coursework and research for a thesis. The maximum permissible period for completion of a Master’s degree is five consecutive academic years for direct students and six consecutive years for in-service students.

Directorate of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh (DMET) will release the counselling dates for UP NEET PG 2025 and the whole schedule with the official brochure. DMET will be conducting counselling for allocating 891 MD/MS/PG Diploma and 32 MDS seats under 50% state quota seats.
