No, there is no negative marking scheme in MCAER PG CET 2024 exam. All the questions which are asked in the exam carry 1 mark only.
Since there is no negative marking hence it gives students an edge to attempt even those questions which they are not able to solve correctly. Hence there is no harm to attempting and answering those answers too.
It is advised that everyone needs to attempt all the questions which are asked in the exam.

No, MCAER PG CET exam pattern is same as of the previous year. The exam will be conducted in two shifts for 3 days only.
The total no of questions which will be asked in the exam are 200. Each question will carry 1 mark hence total marks for which exam will be conducted is 200 only.

Yes since MCAER PG CET is a offline exam hence applicant needs to carry their pen along with them to the examination hall. Candidates need to fill the circle present in the OMR sheet with black color pen only. If any candidate uses any other color pen then their evaluation will be not done and their candidature will be rejected.
The candidate must fully satisfy himself/ herself about the accuracy of the answer before darkening the appropriate circle, once any answer is marked, it is advisable not to change it under any conditions.
