Nope. You are only eligible once you are graduate, otherwise its just wastage of a precious chance. Meanwhile you can start your preparations for it.

Definitely you have business management, masters in any subject nearly related to your engineering subjects, pg diplomas etc are all possible from abroad.

There is a whole array of courses related to health management and specialization both in canada and USA. The entry requirements for both will also be different. Check here for canada to get an idea first and then decide which course you would like to go for as per ur interest and finances also.

Every year 15 Lakh engineer are graduating in India. Because of which engineers have started finding challenges in getting job. Pure Sciences had lost its charm but is slowly again picking up now. If you have scientific temper you do MSc else do BTech. Select your profession based on your interes
