Yeah, you can get a degree in master's in food technology at Mumbai University. You have to appear for respective entrance exam conducted by Mumbai University or a national level examination. You should have completed your B.Sc or B.Tech in food technology. You have to participate in counselling process of university.

You are a prime candidate for Lingaya's Vidyapeeth, Faridabad. They usually consider candidates around that rank (~256/1000).

NID Ahmedabad nor other NID campuses do not publish exact numeric cut off. Admission is based off of your NID-DAT scores and portfolio review. Their applications pool is very competitive.

M.Sc. in Biotechnology and M.Tech. in Environmental Biotechnology is provided in Jadavpur University. Most colleges will consider students with B.Sc. in any Science with at least 55% marks and in many colleges will require a university conducted entrance (written test and viva-voce). The required eligibility criteria of M.Tech. Environmental Biotechnology is B.E./B.Tech. The weekend classes are not offered for Masters in landscape architecture in Bangalore.

They usually offer a regular full time Masters programs in various disciplines.

Kindly look for another college if you are looking for weekend classes or part time courses.
