Yes, BIMM is really a good option for getting practical knowledge because they focus a lot on studies rather than just helping you to get placement. Also, the environment there is very strict, they help you in becoming disciplined which is going to help you when you go into the corporate world.

With this score, you have almost every college to make a choice from. My suggestion is to go for:
Christ University
XIME, Bangalore
Jaipuria, Lucknow
Indira Business School, Pune
But, please do not hope for admission through CET Maharashtra as their cut-off for Maharashtra candidates are quite low but for student on all India seats, cut-off are almost 99% or above irrespective of entrance test whether it's MAT or CAT.
So, grab your seat instead of waiting for them.
