You can opt for engineering in CSE, ECE, EEE and ME, etc. depending on your interest and aptitude. You may also consider a B.Sc in physics or mathematics basis your interest and future plans. There are numerous options.

Stick to NCERT books which is more than enough. But for reference you can consider Full Marks books, R.D. Sharma's Maths books, Pradeep's Physics and Dinesh Self Master in Chemistry.
