The question is difficult to answer because the reputation of an institution depends on its faculty and the students.In my opinion you can take admission in any college of Delhi University where B.Sc.(mathematics) is taught.

Don't worry about what happened and ask her to try to clear the subjects. maths and physics are the only two subjects she is facing difficulty to pass. There is a simple solution to get rid out of this problem i.e; ask her to prepare a schedule for studying maths and physics in a way that she has to complete the total topics with in three days. It is enough if she read all the concepts, it is not necessary to study in depth because she need to pass not need of knowing everything related to that because she is going to CSE domain not maths and physics domain. So it is better to study physics concepts and ask her to relate those concepts
